The deterioration is obvious, and this is the first time in five years that I am thinking about finding an alternative. Two months ago, after reporting a serious bug that messed up my library, I have not even received a reply. Two years ago they replied with a generic reply in such a way that it was obvious that they haven’t even read my email. Four years ago I contacted their support, and got a very nice reply. The fail with Papers 3 is not their only problem, but also their customer support. I fail to understand what’s going on with the guys from Mekentosj. I am still with Papers 2, and I think that I will completely move on from Papers.
